Plumbsure Plumbing and Drain installed 2 water heaters and a well pump for me. They provided me with a clear reasonable estimate, scheduled service timely, showed up at agreed upon appointment time and left the area cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend them! Technician was professional and answered all of my questions.

We can't say enough good things about the service that Plumbsure Plumbing provided us! Our water heater started leaking and within minutes of us calling, Robbie said he could come by the next morning and replace it. He was professional, had years and years of experience, and didn't waste time. He pulled the old beast out and installed the new one in record time! My only complaint with Plumbsure Plumbing and Drains is that I didn't find them sooner. Ray was exactly what I am looking for in a plumber: someone who is prompt and keeps time, happy to answer questions, show you what he is talking about, and is not looking to rob you blind with unnecessary charges for repairs you don't actually need. I will 100% be reaching out to this company next time I need plumbing services.

I had just moved to the area and was looking for a good plumber. I had purchased a new home last year. I read the reviews for Plumbsure Plumbing and decided I would give them a chance as I needed my tankless hot water heater descaled. I filled out the request for service last night on line. This morning I received a call from Ray who said someone would be able to come out today and gave me the price for the cleaning, which I thought was reasonable. He also took 10% off for being a new customer!! How nice was that! Ray provided a time frame when Rob would be arriving, which was a 2 hour window. Ray then called back and said there was a cancellation this morning and if the earlier time was better, which I said yes to. Rob showed up on time and looked at my Rinnai tankless hot water heater. He checked the BTU limit for the hot water heater and noticed the gas regulator and whip were not the correct size for the unit (too small, thanks builder!) and suggested they be replaced with the correct size for optimal performance. He quoted a price and said he would still descale the unit and I could decide on the replacement parts (no pressure). The quote was fair and I told him I would also do the replacement. Rob finished with the descaling and said he would have to go to the shop and pick up the parts. He returned in no time and completed the work. Rob was very polite and knew his craft. The work area was very clean. I have found my new plumber for my house and would definitely recommend Plumbsure Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
